8-day luxury stay in 4 fantastic Parador hotels around Madrid
Join us on an unforgettable journey through the historic towns around Madrid, where foreign tourists rarely venture, yet where surprises await around every corner.
The area surrounding Madrid is a true treasure trove of cultural and natural experiences, reflecting Spain's rich and fascinating history. Here, you’ll discover UNESCO cities like Segovia and Toledo, once home to the Spanish royal court, where history is palpable in every street.
During this trip, you’ll stay in some of Spain's most impressive Parador hotels, housed in ancient castles, each with its own unique story. The Alcázar of Segovia, which is said to have inspired Walt Disney’s famous castle design, is just one of the many architectural gems you’ll encounter on your journey.
In the historic jewels of Chinchón and Sigüenza, you’ll step into a wonderland where the narrow cobblestone streets seem to call for knights in armor and nobles in splendid robes. Your stay in these towns will be enhanced by your accommodations in fantastic hotels – a former monastery and a medieval castle, both transformed into impressive 4-star hotels. Here, you’ll not only enjoy a night’s stay but also experience an authentic journey back in time to Spain’s glorious past, where history and luxury blend in perfect harmony.
The entire trip is a culinary delight, allowing you to taste the most exquisite local dishes that will linger in your memory long after. Each of the four destinations offers a distinct variation in tradition, gastronomy, and culture, making the journey both exciting and diverse.
With Spain is More’s travel guide in hand, you’re guaranteed the ultimate experience.
The drives between cities can, of course, be done quickly via the highways, but far more exciting and enriching is to take the scenic, winding country roads, stopping at places that will make your journey unforgettable.
When is the best time to travel?
Summers can be hot here, but like really hot! Spring or autumn are the perfect times for this trip. In winter, there’s a higher chance of cold and unsettled weather, but the trip is possible year-round.
