How do I book the trip?
To design a personalized travel offer that meets all your expectations, we need some essential details. Please share the following information with us so that we can create a customized offer that fits your desires perfectly:

Within a maximum of 24 hours (on business days), you will receive a personalized offer for your trip. If you need to make adjustments or have questions, feel free to contact Spain is More. Once you accept the proposal and provide your details, we will send you an email with instructions on how to access your client area. In this area, you can, among other things, view your reservations in real-time, see your invoices, and make payments.
We will confirm your trip within the next 24 business hours after receiving your acceptance. If your package does not include flights, we recommend waiting for our confirmation before booking your airfare. Please note that confirmation may be delayed if we rely on third-party services or during weekends.

Customization
Every journey on our website should be viewed as a template that can be tailored and adjusted to suit your preferences. Consequently, no travel itinerary is set in stone. In principle, you have the flexibility to embark on your journey on any day of the year. Nonetheless, it’s worth noting that certain travel dates might be more optimal than others, especially when considering flight schedules, other modes of transport, and various logistical factors.
Price and Accommodation
The cost of the journey is calculated per person, based on shared occupancy in a double room. For those who value privacy, we offer the option of a single room at an additional fee, which varies depending on the itinerary. All rooms come with the guarantee of a private bathroom and toilet, unless a different arrangement is agreed upon.
Trips with and without Flights
Trips including flights: Should you wish your package to include air travel, please inform us accordingly, as well as your preferred departure airport (limited to airports within Europe). Spain is More can only arrange round-trip flights with the same airline. However, we will inform you if more convenient options are available with different airlines. At times, it may be more cost-effective to book separate airlines for your outbound and return flights. In such cases, Spain is More may include either the outbound or return flight, or may choose not to include any flights at all. We will provide you with advice and recommend the most advantageous option. All flight bookings are subject to the airline's terms and conditions, including policies regarding delays, cancellations, and baggage. Unless stated otherwise, each ticket includes one checked bag, with size and weight limits according to the airline's policies.
For trips without included flights, it is crucial to coordinate your arrival and departure schedules with Spain is More to ensure the availability of local transportation. If you opt to book your own air travel, we recommend waiting to make the purchase until you have received your trip confirmation from Spain is More.
Payments and Billing
- Initial Deposit: Required at the time of booking your trip.
- Final Payment: Typically due 30 days prior to departure.
Travel Documents
On this journey, you will receive the following documents:
Upon Booking: Immediately after booking this trip, you will gain access to your user page, where you can find practical information about your journey. Here, you can view all your reservations in real time, access hotel information, and about a month prior to your departure, the digital guide from Spain is More will be uploaded.
Printed Guide: If you opt for the printed guide, it will be delivered to your home about a month before your trip starts, along with all necessary documents such as maps, pilgrim's passport, luggage tags (if you've arranged for luggage transport), etc.
Digital Guide: Upon arrival at your first hotel, if you have not requested the printed guide, you will receive a welcome package containing everything you need for your trip. This package will include maps, luggage tags, and specific vouchers for various activities.
What does the guidebook include?
Our guide material is highly valued by our guests. It contains descriptions of practical matters about your journey; possible flights, local transport, your accommodations, etc.
In addition, there are many pages with recommendations for what you can and should experience and do along the way. This could be experiences on the Camino itself or in its immediate vicinity. It describes local traditions, regional dishes, and tips on how to make the most of your journey. The guide compiles all our own and our guests' experiences from hundreds of Camino journeys since 2009.
In the guide, you will find Camino maps and hotel locations, so you always know where you are and where you are going.
After you have pressed 'accept offer' in the proposal, you can choose whether you want to use the electronic guide (free of charge), or if you prefer to have it sent in a printed version (for an additional fee).
