Pilgrims of León: Jose from Spain (#POL)

Jose is studying to become a art and history teacher and he would love to take his students on a Camino excursion later because the Camino is a very important part of the history of Spain.

"I can give a lot of advice for pelgrims, I already did the Camino three times. Twice the Camino Frances and once the Camino Primitivo by bike.

- First of all, if you are sleeping in albergues, it is very important to bring earplugs! There is a lot of snoring, you can’t sleep without earplugs!

- Don’t forget to drink water! Even if it is cold, it is important to stay hydrated.

- Walk your own pace. Don’t rush. Stay calm. Enjoy every moment.

- And of course, meet new people, the camino is perfect for meeting people and you can learn from every person."
