Some of the hotels were better than others but they were all friendly and welcoming, and absolutely comfortable enough for what we needed. The only bad interaction we had was with that tour guide on the first day and I appreciated your quick response to my email. The rest of the day trip was pleasant. All in all it was a fantastic, memorable experience and I really appreciated the calm and efficient way you coordinated everything for us.
